

KANNA
Yoga Wednesday 10-11am
Kanna Kai Jones danced professionally on stages in Japan. In California, she practices somatic movement, conscious dance, and meditation. Her goal is to guide people to an experience of the mind-body connection through movement and stillness. She completed the teacher training of the dance class for Parkinson's disease and taught dance at a senior daycare for people who suffer from Alzheimer, Parkinson disease, and stroke for many years.
Kanna is a RYT200 certified yoga instructor and an Art Flying Yoga instructor. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin and Restorative Yoga on a mat or in a hammock.
Kanna has been regularly facilitating Arigato Zen/Vocal Meditation created by Dr. Soho Machida. She is also a Sound Bath player, a Reiki Master, and a Dog swimming trainer.

In 2005, after the most painful suffering as a human being, but in opposite of it, it was the most grateful and thankful learning for the lost spirit at that time. Toshie was led to the path of love and compassion healing.

PAMELA
Hawaiian Hula
Hula Instructor, Makeup Artist, Reiki Master
Pam began learning hula at the age of six under the instruction of Lily Pang. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, her family's roots can be found in the islands of Lana'i and O'ahu (Hale'iwa/Waialua), Hawai'i, where her great-grandparents settled after emigrating from Japan in the early 1900s.
After relocating to the Central Coast of California in 1994, Pam continued dancing under the direction of Sandy Rodriguez of Hula Halau Na Mele o ke Kai. Sandy's beautiful choreography and gentle teaching method is what inspires Pam to continue the rich tradition and art of hula.
Pam currently splits her time between the Central Coast and Los Angeles, where she works as a freelance makeup and hair artist, and is a regular featured artist for Bride World's fashion shows.
MIYUKI
Yoga & Meditation & Tuning Forks Sound Healing
Miyuki started teaching Yoga in 2005 and she taught at ABE music and Dance, Sakura Studio, Chamboard and had long term private home classes in 12 years.
Since then she has obtained an International Yoga Alliance teacher certificate from World Peace Yoga in Rishikesh, India, where she also learned several meditation and Pranayam breathing techniques.
She have Tuning Forks Sound therapy at Shavasana to adjust frequencies of body and energy in her yoga class.

Starting dancing at the late age of 19, Miyuki was determined to become a primary member of the professional dance team M-Trap’s in Japan. Miyuki performed with them throughout Japan for eight years, during which time she further developed her skills of variety of dance including Jazz, Hiphop, Ballet, Contemporary and Tap.
Miyuki came to the United States after winning a dance scholarship to participate in the Winners USA National Dance Program. Now know as a creator and performing artist of her own art form 'GETA DANCE ART'.
Miyuki has 19 years experiences of teaching dance.
MIYUKI
Voice Training & Singing with movements Sunday 4:00pm-5:00pm
Miyuki Matsunaga started singing when she was 10 years old at her church as a choir member. She became a conductor of the chapel choir at Seinan-Gakuin University. That brought her to the first recording session for nascent hymn of national publication. She started her own gospel group, performing for weddings and other events throughout southern Japan. Miyuki also was joined by two other singers and created a singing and dancing group called Girls-Trap’s, performing for TV, radio, events.
After she moved to America in 1999, Miyuki joined a gospel choir of First AME Church. She also was a vocal entertainer for Benihana restaurant openings, and traveled around in US for their celebrations. She also performed for some shows of Minyo Japanese folk music with Matsutoyo kai.
She directed a musical for ‘Miracle Kids’ in 2010 and sakura CATS musical in summer 2013. which is a group of special needs (disability) children and their friends and family. She teaches musical at Sakura Theatre.
She performs with her band for Grand Parade Opening act for Nisei Week which is one of the biggest Japanese American festivals in the US every year.
Miyuki had a musical class at Sakura studio and some private home lessons since 2010.
